René Cyron, D.D.S.
Your Specialist in Orthodontics
Education and Training
I completed my training as a dentist and orthodontist at the University Dental Institute of the Carolinum Foundation in Frankfurt am Main. I also earned my doctorate at Goethe University under Prof. Stefan Kopp in the Department of Orthodontics, with a dissertation titled: “The Influence of MARA on the Masticatory Muscles—A Prospective, Randomized Study.”
Practice of a profession
I spent most of my professional career at the University Dental Institute (Carolinum) in Frankfurt. For several years, I served in an advisory capacity on the Dysgnathia Board of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Hospital of Frankfurt am Main.
For a total of 14 years, I regularly taught 9th- and 10th-semester dental students at the University of Frankfurt am Main in the field of orthodontics. This included lectures, seminars, and administering exams. I’d like to take this opportunity to send my warmest regards to all my former students 😀
Certifications/Continuing Education
Thanks to my ongoing professional development, I can offer you the full range of modern orthodontic treatments. These include, among others: Incognito, Invisalign®, mini-pin treatments, and much more…
Hobbies
I’ve been playing the violin since I was 6. Thanks to music, I’ve had many wonderful experiences and made lots of friends. I’m also interested in history, science, and architecture. So I’m a real nerd 😉
Come by and see for yourself what I’m like! And by the way, I like good jokes! So bring one along! 😉
Dr. Eva Schneider
Master of Science in Orthodontics
Education and Training
In 2004, I began my dental studies at the University of Giessen. From an early stage, I was particularly drawn to orthodontics—a specialty that continues to fascinate me to this day. As part of my doctoral studies in the orthodontics department under Prof. Sabine Ruf, I focused on the topic “Reliability of bonded maxillary retainers.” I completed my studies in 2009 with my final exam.
Ever since then, I have been helping patients of all ages on their journey toward a healthier and more beautiful smile—a process I guide with great joy and conviction. I am always moved by the positive changes that orthodontic treatment can bring to my patients’ lives.
Practice of a profession
During the first two years after graduation, I gained valuable experience at a specialty orthodontic practice in Eschborn. I then worked for six years at a general dental practice in Bad Homburg, where I was able to continue providing orthodontic care in addition to general dental treatments. This period allowed me to further deepen my knowledge of general dentistry. To this day, I still enjoy performing complementary treatments such as veneers, aesthetic front-tooth fillings, or fissure sealants—especially when they harmoniously complement an orthodontic result.
From 2018 to 2025, I worked at a large dental practice in the Taunus region, where I was solely responsible for orthodontic care for many years. During this time, I was able to further deepen my experience and strengthen my passion for the field.
Now I’m looking forward to my new role at Dr. Cyron’s practice and to being part of this dedicated team!
Certifications/Continuing Education
In addition to regular continuing education in dentistry and orthodontics, I have also pursued specific areas of specialization over the years. The CMD (craniomandibular dysfunction) curriculum taught by Professor Bumann in 2019 was particularly influential for me.
In addition, in 2024, I successfully completed a two-year part-time master’s program in orthodontics, which gave me the opportunity to further deepen my knowledge in a targeted manner and broaden it through an interdisciplinary approach.
Hobbies
I love traveling—I especially enjoy planning my own trips and discovering new perspectives through my camera: landscapes, buildings, or small details in macro shots. Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved creative crafts using wool or other materials. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my son—in the garden, in nature, on the trampoline, or building with Legos. Laughing together and discovering new things is a big part of our lives.
And: My friendships are very important to me—because without them, my life would only be half as wonderful 😊
